Here are 3 summer smoothie recipes using some of the best superfoods that I love:
(1) Tropical Fruit Punch Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 serving of Bio Fruit*
1 serving of Coco-Hydrate*
1/2 serving of Can't Beet This!*
12 oz of water
1 orange or 1/4 of a small pineapple (can substitute with 4oz of pineapple juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice or more ingredients depending on your desired consistency.
(2) Sunrise Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1 tsp of Coco Hydrate*
1 tsp of Carrot Juice Plus* or 1 small whole carrot
1/4 tsp minced ginger
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice or more ingredients depending on your desired consistency.
(3) Coco-Loha Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of coconut milk
2-3 cups of frozen pineapple
2 tsp of Coco Hydrate*
