Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique has been a powerful tool in my life that I have had since 2006. I was first introduced to it by a friend I met through a self-help program who was a psychotherapist. He taught it to me as I was processing some grief and pain from a broken relationship. This powerful self-help tool assisted me in working through my beliefs and some challenging pain that was stuck in my body, specifically my heart. Who knew years later, I would be teaching others this tool?!

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an Energy Psychology modality that involves tapping on meridian points around the head and torso in a guided sequence in order to release stuck emotions, realign your energies, and reprogram your nervous system. EFT can help you shift patterns and process pain/trauma.

It is recommended to do at least 3 sessions to feel the benefit and progress. You can learn this system of healing with me in 1:1 sessions where we tap together. This is a tool I recommend for everyone as it's something you can do anywhere and at any time!
